I love the double ended spatula. That''s a truly great tool. Same for the pastry brush. It''s a great thing to be able to brush on a baste and not worry about the bristles burning. The pick of the litter is definitely the whisk. I''ve got a silicone whisk that''s shaped like a standard whisk, but it''s so floppy it''s not really of much use.
