The Victoria Deluxe Meat Grinder has been constructed of rugged long life cast iron. It is carefully machined and polished to guaranty a very smooth surface. In order to avoid any food contamination, the Victoria meat grinder is coated with a thick plate of pure tin. The blade is a professional self-sharpening stainless steel blade. Two cutting high grade steel cutting plates precision ground with 1/2" and 3/16" holes to produce meat ground at different consistencies. The blade and the cutting disks have been hardened for long life. This unit will be handed down from generation to generation.
