RECIPE
Mexican Eggs ( Huevos Rancheros)
4 eggs
4 tortillas
1 cup Tejano Salsa (click here to view product)
Grated Mozzarella cheese
Fry the tortillas in small amount of oil. Fry the eggs sunnyside up. Place the tortillas on a plate. Add the fried eggs. Pour the salsa over the eggs (warm up the salsa is even better). Top with grated cheese.
