I would bet a case of salsa we just wrote our Christmas Holiday newsletter only a
few months ago!! Our family is not ready for this! We have had a great
year at the warehouse and even more in the kitchen. Let me tell you
about food co-packing because there is always room for one more
outstanding homemade recipe that should be on the store shelves!

your own processing or have the capabilities to manufacture a food
product, co-packing may be a good option. In this arrangement, you would
contract with an existing food manufacturer with a commercial kitchen,
to run your product according to your production and quality control
specifications.
