1-14oz. can tomato sauce

http://www.texmextogo.com/Products.asp?Type=brand&ID=50
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

PREPARATION:
In a 1quart saucepan, melt margarine over low heat. When melted, add tomato sauce, wine & vinegar. When mixture becomes very warm (do not boil) add remaining ingredients and stir. Keep sauce warm, stirring occasionally for at least ˝ hour to allow sugars to dissolve and flavors to meld.
Brush onto all sides of meat about 15 minutes prior to removing meat from grill. Cool down grill so that sauce does not burn on meat. Brush again when placing meat on serving platter. Serve remaining sauce on the side.

***Special thanks to my good friend, Captain Don Williams for sharing his culinary knowledge.
