Ways to use Jalapeno Jam:
This is a sweet jam with a "kick."  Seeds can be mixed into the rest of jam for color and taste or raked off if seedless is needed.  Great with cream cheese and crackers; lamb instead of mint.  Jelly; use as a glaze on ham, chicken, turkey, duck or lamb; eat with egg rolls, or glaze chicken and pork ribs on B-B-Que grill for sweet and sour chicken.
